I’m Ibrahim, and this is my friend Adam. We’re the founders and visionaries behind REA.

If you’d met us a few years ago, you would’ve found us stuck in jobs we didn’t enjoy—dealing with tough call center and customer support roles while pursuing engineering degrees that didn’t excite us.

At the time, we felt like we were just cogs in a machine, struggling with both the stress of our jobs and the lack of fulfillment in our studies. Our lives felt consumed by numbers and quotas, and it took a toll on both our work and mental health.

It was in this shared struggle that we found our inspiration. Our frustrations led us to create something better—a company founded by two friends who wanted to break free from the conventional grind.

REA was born from that vision: a place where team support and growth could drive results far beyond the typical expectations.
